The Root to

Restore Method

A personalized pathway for rebuilding capacity firstβ€”and connecting the dots when deeper investigation is needed.

You do not need another scattered list of things to try.

You need a clear path that respects both the complexity of your symptoms and the capacity of your body.

Maybe you have already changed your diet, bought the supplements, followed the podcasts, worked with providers, or tried to piece together your own plan. You may even understand quite a bit about healthβ€”and still find yourself tired, reactive, frustrated, or unsure why nothing seems to hold.

At New Leaf Holistic Health, we do not begin by chasing every symptom or ordering every possible test. We ask a more useful question:

What does your body need in order to become more stable, resilient, and able to respond?

Designed around that question, the The Root to Restore Method rebuilds foundational capacity first, then uses advanced functional testing to connect the dots across the gut, hormones, stress response, and metabolism when deeper investigation is needed.

we do not rush straight into deeper testing

Advanced functional testing can offer valuable insight, especially when symptoms are persistent or complex. But more information is not always the first thing the body needs.

When blood sugar, sleep, nourishment, digestion, elimination, or nervous-system capacity are unstable, clients often struggle to tolerate the very protocols their labs suggest.

Root strengthens the terrain first. This helps the body become less reactive, gives foundational changes time to take hold, and allows deeper patterns to come into clearer view. When Restore is needed, testing can then be used with greater precision, better context, and less overwhelm.

Root does not delay the deeper work. It prepares the body for it.

The path:

Root first. Restore when needed.

Most clients begin with Root. Select clients who already have strong foundations, stable daily rhythms, and sufficient capacity may be invited to begin directly in Restore following a Functional Clarity Session.

You will not be expected to choose your starting point alone. Together, we determine which level of support best matches your current needs.

A 12-week foundational reset

root

Root helps identify where your body has lost foundational capacity and begins rebuilding the conditions needed for healing to hold.

Over 12 weeks, we work on the early stages of sustainable behavior changeβ€”without perfectionism or shame. You begin planting and consistently tending the daily practices that support regulation, energy, digestion, resilience, and repair.

advanced functional investigation

restore

Restore is where we connect the dots across your gut, hormones, stress response, and metabolism.

Using advanced functional testing, prior bloodwork, symptom patterns, and what your body has already revealed through foundational work, we build a highly personalized plan for the deeper patterns that may still be keeping you stuck, reactive, or depleted.

the Rhythm

The Rhythm helps you stay connected to the progress you’ve made, so small shifts can be noticed early and your plan can be adjusted.

This is light, bloodwork-centered maintenance for clients whose active investigation is complete, plans are reasonably stable, and can manage most of their care independently with periodic review and refinement.

Not sure where you belong?

You do not need to choose a program based on the best value, the most advanced test, the number of tests, or arrive with a perfectly organized health history.

The Functional Clarity Session gives us space to talk through your main concerns, look at the larger story behind your symptoms, and determine where you may fit within the Root to Restore pathway.

This complimentary conversation is designed for clarity and connectionβ€”not diagnosis, treatment, or a detailed supplement plan.

A different way forward can begin with your next step.

Food for thought:

Have you been searching for a collaborative way of working?

Your labs, symptoms, and health history matter. But I believe so does your lived experience, preferences, and capacity. While we work together, we pay attention to what feels workable, what feels difficult, and how your body responds, then adjust together.

The goal is not simply to follow a plan well. It is to understand your body more clearly, build confidence in its signals, and become increasingly equipped to make informed choices for yourself. This makes this whole process a sustainable path forward.
